Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings.

Flipit does not guarantee:

• The quality, safety, or legality of listed items

• The accuracy of listings

• That buyers or sellers will complete transactions

Flipit acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.

Users are encouraged to perform independent due diligence before completing high-value transactions.

3. Verification & Compliance

Flipit may, at its discretion, request identity verification, business documentation, or proof of ownership for certain listings, especially high-value assets.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in listing removal or account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Flipit — including logos, branding, design elements, text, graphics, and platform functionality — is the property of Flipit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

By submitting content (such as listings, photos, or descriptions), you grant Flipit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for marketplace purposes.

5. Fees & Payments

Certain features, listings, or services may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before payment.

Flipit reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flipit provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipit shall not be liable for:
